Doug Aitken at the MoMA

Dear Shaded Viewers,

Doug Aitken and Sleepwalkers at the MoMA 5-10 pm till February 12, 2007.

My friend Graham Taber just got back from Rome tonight and we met for a private screening of Sleepwalkers. An interesting interaction with 5 stories on the sides of the buildings in the sculpture garden. Tonight was a bit of challange but the work was so strong that we all managed to stay outside to enjoy it for ....a few minutes. The films feature Tilda Swinton, Donald Sutherland, Chan Marshall (Cat Power), Seu Jorge, and Ryan Donowho.

The curator, Klaus, explained the project to us. Afterwards it was dinner and we called it an early night.
