Bryanboy Reports From Malaysia International Fashion Week - Part 2
Dear Shaded Viewers,
As a very young princess from a little and unknown (perhaps non-existent?) tribe in the Philippines, I have met far too many queens over the years. They are everywhere! However, nothing beats the feeling of seeing a REAL queen with your own eyes. Her Majesty Tuanku Nur Zahirah, Queen of Malaysia, graced us with her presence during the "Asia Magic" show.
The Queen is pure ferocity. She's fabulous! Her majesty watched from her own little gilded throne, enjoying drinks and nibbles, while the non-royals were cramped in pleather (but still comfortable) seats. As for me, well, you know what they say... there could only be one queen in a room so I stayed backstage to help out a friend and also, that's where the action is. Hah! ;)
The Asia Magic show consisted of several Asian designers such as Tangoo from Malaysia...
the super friendly Dorian Ho (from Hong Kong) who I met backstage...
Pakistan's Deepak Perwani...
and Malaysia's very own, Farah Khan.
After the show, the generous Queen congratulated the designers by giving them flowers...
and here's me posing backstage beside Deepak and his friend.

Diane, I hope one day I'll be a fabulous queen too.
Later,
Bryanboy
