Stefano Guerrini reports on Trussardi
Dear Shaded Viewers,
I'm sure a lot of you will love Milan Vukmirovic's collection for Trussardi: 1911, his third effort with the Italian label. Everything Milan does seems to become immediately cool and I must admit that I'd love to have the entire collection in my personal wardrobe. The mood, in Milan's words, "an English man going west". The west translated in a horse print on a t-shirt or in the form of a saddle bag that will make ever fashion addict gasp in admiration. Apart from a couple of winks to fashion victims like the gold jeans and the leather harnesses, there was a military vibe throughout the collection. Not one single look screamed recession" a new minimal aesthetics doesn't mean that we cannot desire these clothes and Milan did make a desirable collection. Images to follow.
