Jun Takahashi aka Undercover on his first mens' show and exhibition in Florence as the featured designer at Pitti

Dear Shaded Viewers,
I enjoyed my visit with Jun Takahashi He told me about his first men's wear show this summer as the featured designer at Pitti Uomo 76 and about the live doll making of his Grace doll. We also spoke about a new textile that he developed that moderates the body temperature. If you are hot it will make you cooler and if you are cold you will be warmed. The Undercover collection is one that needs to be seen up close to appreciate all of the hidden details.

The material has been created by a handful of technical companies including Schoeller and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. I'm pretty sure they just sourced the materials from those companies. Basically think of a pine cone that opens based on heat or even pores. When your ambient body temperature is cool, the pores of the material close up. If you are warm/hot, the pores open up.
