GEORGETTE KONING ON ARNHEM MODE BIENNALE

This afternoon the Dutch Queen to be Princess Máxima opened the Arnhem Mode Biennale by cutting a very long satin ribbon. Tacky, but nicely done.
Among many activities there is a wunderful fashion exhibition with clothes and installations by about 80 designers from all over. Lanvin, Proenza Schouler, Thom Brown, Viktor & Rolf, Kei Kagami, Stephen Jones, Boudicca, Rick Owens, Klavers van Engelen, Rodarte, Comme des Garcons. The design of the exhibition itself is stunning with elevated wooden houses inside and outside the ancient cathedral of Arnhem on the Rhine.
It's open till July 6th and only one hour by train from Amsterdam www.arnhemmodebiennale.com.

dear Diane, thank you for the exposure on your blog. We have been working very hard on the maniquins for more than 2 months.
It's good to see them out in the world.
Our companies website is www.unrealfx.nl if you want to see more of our work.
