Loving Hut - a new Vegetarian Restaurant in Paris - Bio

Hugues Rivard & Mme Thi Huong Ngo

Hugues Rivard & Mme Thi Huong Ngo in Loving Hut

Dear Shaded Viewers,

Hugues Rivard worked in Montreal as an expert in solar energy and Mme. Thi Huong Ngo spent years working in couture for Mr. Mugler. They decided to give up their former careers and open a bio restaurant in Paris because we need one here. If you live in Paris you know that there is a real lack of vegetarian restaurants. Mr. Pearl has been telling me about Mme Thi for months now and that soon she would be opening a bio restaurant and that as soon as that would happen we would be the first to go. It doesn't open for the public until next week. The idea is healthy fast food and if you live in the 11eme, 4eme or the 3eme you can have Loving Hut delivered to your door.

Why it took so long for a vegetarian restaurant to open in Paris is beyond my understanding (or maybe they were right there, hidden from my eyes?), but I'm extremely glad they did... and on top of that, only a throw away from the hotel I am always booking! Thanks for posting this, Diane!
