Dear Shaded Viewers,

Have no fear, Karl is alive and well and thriving. None the less, eventually we all meet the same end unless we become vampires and live forever and, let's face it,  if one has to go ...could you ask for a more beautiful and funny document? Thank you aleXsandro Palombo for making me laugh this morning.

After the success of the first limited edition Humor Chic book, "Karl Lagerfeld, Vision of a Funeral" sold out in no time, we are pleased to announce the forthcoming publication of the first “SECRET BOOK”.

Indeed! ... After all we all happen to be temporarily 'immortal ' but when it comes to 'fashion' ... 'immortality ' seems to be just the most desired 'fashionable' attribute to die for ... :) In that respect, it is indeed a great compliment to King Karl's 'immortality' ... and he would certainly appreciate such a compliment with a big smile lying in de coffin looking at the ceiling and looking very much forward to be welcomed in fashion-heaven by his long gone 'immortal' pears and arguably to take his rightful place as the very last and longest reigning fashion 'Emperor' who never gave us a dull moment :) ... only and just only when it came to eating to much, to good and to rich foods ... but that sin we can forgive him for because he knew what he was talking about :):) after all he was at one time simply known as ' Gluttonous Heavy Weight King Karl ' but now that is all in the past and he can now fly graceful up to the skies and fashionably as a light feather ! ...:):) .... However morbid and inappropriate it all in the end may sound, wouldn't be nice to hold such rare occasion as this one at the Ritz Hotel ?! ... Now that would make it truly picture perfect! ... 'Fashion , the Emperor and the Ritz'! :)

We should all be so celebrated in our 'future' departure from this planet. I would take this as a compliment with a lot of laughs.

P.S.: I can't resist to imagine what Karl would have to say about .... such a 'Royalty' 'night'! :), perhaps something along the lines of : ... Betty Davies " "Fasten your seatbelts. It's going to be a bumpy night." ... followed with the question: "Why Do They Always Look Like Unhappy Rabbits?" .... :):) Humour and Karl certainly love humour otherwise how can he or anyone else for that matter get to live uo to 100! ... :):)

BAD TASTE! :) ... but nevertheless literally, " très avant garde a la mort " :) Rather well 'captured' fashion's creatures and with excellent humour☺ ... my favourites are AW and wonderful Suzy Menkes making waves! ... Oh! ... poor Karl!... nobody wants to leave him alone ... alive and still very much kicking at Chanel ... but goed ! all news travels rather slow and unnoticed .... until that is ... ! :)
